Blown-In Attic Insulation, Done Right
We bring your attic up to the R-30–R-38 level South Florida homes need — clean, fast, and honestly priced. Most jobs finished in a single morning.
What "Under-Insulated" Actually Looks Like
Climb up to your attic hatch and take a look. If you see any of these, your insulation is costing you money every single day the AC runs:
- You can see the wooden ceiling joists sticking out above the insulation — that means 6 inches or less, roughly half of what a South Florida attic needs.
- The insulation looks gray, flat, or patchy — old material settles and loses its insulating power over the decades.
- Some rooms never cool down — usually the ones under the thinnest sections.
- Your ceiling feels warm to the touch on summer afternoons.
- Your FPL bill keeps climbing even though nothing else changed.
Not sure? That's exactly what the free inspection is for — we measure your insulation depth and show you photos of what's up there.
What We Install
Blown-In Fiberglass
The workhorse of South Florida attics: lightweight, mold- and moisture-resistant (important in our humidity), doesn't feed rodents or insects, and never rots. Blown evenly across the attic to your target R-value.
Blown-In Cellulose
A denser, eco-friendly option made from recycled material with excellent coverage around obstructions. We'll recommend the right material for your attic and budget during the inspection.
The right amount for South Florida
The recommended level for our climate is R-30 to R-38 — about 10–14 inches of blown-in insulation. We measure what you have, tell you what you need, and top up only what's actually required. If your attic is already in good shape, we'll tell you that too.
What a Job Looks Like
Protect & prep
Floor and wall protection from the front door to the attic hatch. Our equipment stays outside — only the hose comes in.
Air-seal the gaps
Before adding insulation, we seal accessible gaps around light fixtures, pipes, and top plates — this is the step most companies skip, and it's where a big chunk of the savings comes from.
Blow in fresh insulation
Even coverage across the whole attic to your target R-value, with baffles to keep soffit vents clear so your attic still breathes.
Clean up & show you
Complete cleanup plus before/after photos and a depth measurement, so you can see exactly what you paid for.
